Patriarch Irinej receives the representatives of media center Odbrana
On the occasion of release of the book by Colonel Professor Dr. Borislav Grozdić " Holy Warriors – Lives of sacred military leaders and soldiers," His Holiness Serbian Patriarch Irinej received today representatives of publishing Media Center "Odbrana" director Lt. Col. Slavoljub Marković and editor Dragana Marković.Serbian Patriarch blessed the book for publication , and the reception was an opportunity to once again highlight the importance of the re-establishment of the spiritual aspects of man , where examples of holy generals and soldiers their faith and sacrifice have always been of particular importance .
" This is a valuable book, which takes us back to our historical and spiritual roots serving as links to the present time religion and the army," as Patriarch Irinej said on the occasion.
